Our SIM only plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contract — change or cancel anytime. SIM + product bundles run on a 12 month term so we can include your device, repair or product.
The average Australian uses around 16GB per month. For light browsing and social media, 12GB is plenty; if you stream, video call and use hotspot a lot, 40GB+ gives you headroom. Use the plan picker above to compare options.
Yes. Every Casphone Mobile plan includes unlimited standard national calls and SMS. Plans 20GB and above also include unlimited international calls + SMS to selected destinations.
Most of our plans come with 5G network access (capped speeds apply), falling back to 4G elsewhere; the entry plan is 4G. To access 5G you'll need a 5G compatible device and be within a 5G coverage area. Each plan card shows its network.
Absolutely. You can port your existing mobile number across to Casphone Mobile when you sign up — just bring your current number details and we'll handle the transfer.
A bundle lets you add a device, accessories or a repair to your SIM plan, paid off monthly over 12 months up to the bundle's product value. Pick 'Budget SIM + Product' above and choose your product to see the bundles available.
